Mind Body Soul Magazine and all related brands, trademarks, advertiser relationships, and digital assets were purchased by MBS Media LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, in July 2025.

We're proud to be continuing the magazine's mission and excited about what's ahead for our advertisers, contributors, and readers. As part of that transition, Stacy Oliver Neal, who also uses the name Stacy St. Claire, the prior owner, sold the business in full and no longer owns, operates, or represents Mind Body Soul Magazine, MBS Media LLC, or any of its publications, including any current or upcoming issue.

To avoid any confusion, MBS Media LLC is the sole authorized party for all advertising, sponsorship, publisher, and partnership opportunities involving Mind Body Soul Magazine. If you've been contacted about an opportunity through a channel other than the one below, we're glad to verify it for you before you make any payment or commitment.
