When we met with Dr. Deniz Sarhaddi, a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Saint Louis, MO, we instantly admired her accessibility and engaging manner when discussing cosmetic interventions. When it comes to changing the physical appearance of her patients, her sensitivity to their emotions is what truly sets her apart.
Looking at the results of her procedures the befores and afters the subtlety is striking. We almost couldn’t detect surgical alterations, only an uplifted energy. Her mastery of facial anatomy reflects her profound ability to create a look that enhances a person’s sense of well-being and freedom.

Dr. Sarhaddi completed her undergraduate and medical degrees at The George Washington University in Washington, DC, followed by a research fellowship at the University of Michigan in the Craniofacial Research Laboratory. She then completed a plastic surgery residency at Saint Louis University, followed by a fellowship in aesthetic surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. During her fellowship, she honed her skills in aesthetic surgery, training with leading experts in both surgical and advanced nonsurgical techniques.
She returned to Saint Louis to join her current practice, Saint Louis Cosmetic Surgery, Inc. Dr. Sarhaddi’s extensive training and expertise in both surgical and nonsurgical treatments make her an especially versatile surgeon. She has a passion for creating natural, beautiful results in facial, breast, and body rejuvenation.
Her clinical interests include advanced surgical techniques in deep neck contouring and deep plane facelifts to rejuvenate and enhance her patients’ beauty. She is also passionate about non-implant-based breast rejuvenation, using the latest fat transfer techniques for a maintenance-free, youthful look that also benefits from liposculpture.
Dr. Sarhaddi prides herself on providing modern, meticulous care for her patients. She takes the time to guide each patient through their options, ensuring they feel educated, confident, and comfortable with their decision to move forward with cosmetic interventions.
